About the event
ADK has been working tirelessly towards creating a society that respects and honors its senior citizens, ensuring they enjoy their later years with dignity and comfort. We have undertaken several initiatives in this respect, including physical, physiological, psychological and emotional support activities. In line with the ADK Older Persons Action Plan (OPAP 2023-26), an ambitious plan to raise awareness about the day-to-day issues faced by older individuals, one of our key focus areas is the health and wellness capacity building for caregivers of older persons in Kenya.
ADK has been invited to train evangelists and heads of departments of the ACK Diocese of Embu on 7th MAY 2025 at Winter Villa Resort in Embu.
